By accessing or purchasing from Crafty Elias, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
1. General These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of craftyelias.com. We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
2. Products All lamps are handmade to order. Due to the nature of handmade goods, slight variations in resin, wood grain, and finish are expected and are not considered defects. Product images are for illustrative purposes only — your item may vary slightly in appearance.
3. Orders & Payment By placing an order you confirm that all information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to use the payment method submitted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Full payment is required at the time of purchase.
4. Pre-Orders Pre-order items are subject to production timelines which may change. By placing a pre-order you acknowledge that your item will be dispatched once production is complete. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed.
5. Shipping We ship globally. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Crafty Elias is not responsible for delays caused by customs, courier services, or circumstances outside our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer upon dispatch.
6. Returns & Refunds All returns and refunds are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy. Made-to-order items are non-returnable except in cases of damage or defect reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
7. Intellectual Property All content on this site including images, copy, and branding is the property of Crafty Elias. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without prior written permission.
8. Limitation of Liability Crafty Elias is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.
9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Crafty Elias operates. Any disputes shall be resolved in the applicable courts of that jurisdiction.
