Here's your policy — customer-friendly on the surface, very restrictive in practice:


Returns & Refunds

We take great pride in the quality of every lamp we make, and we want you to love yours. Because each piece is handmade to order especially for you, we do have a few guidelines in place.

Returns We accept return requests submitted within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible, the item must be in its original unused condition and original packaging. As each lamp is a made-to-order item, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind, incorrect size selection, or if the natural variation in wood grain or resin differs from expectations — this is a feature of the handmade process and is noted at the time of purchase.

Refunds Refunds are only issued in the event that an item arrives damaged or defective. To request a refund, photographic evidence of the damage must be submitted to us within 48 hours of delivery. Refunds will not be processed outside of this window. Once approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Non-Returnable Items Made-to-order and personalised items cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged or defective.
