Handmade to Order Every Crafty Elias lamp is made entirely by hand, one at a time, just for you. Because of this, please allow a production period of 2–4 weeks before your order is dispatched. During peak periods this may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience — good things take time, and we refuse to rush the process.
Dispatch & Delivery Once your lamp has been completed and dispatched, delivery typically takes 7–14 days depending on your location. Please note that production time and shipping time are separate — your total wait from order to delivery may be 3–6 weeks. This is completely normal for a handmade product and is not a cause for concern.
Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your lamp on its way to you.
Free Shipping We offer free shipping on all orders over $125.
International Orders We ship globally. International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside of our control.
Lost or Delayed Parcels Crafty Elias is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. If your order has not arrived within 30 days of dispatch please contact us at support@craftyelias.com and we will do our best to assist.
Order Changes Once an order has entered production it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
